I booked a plan without meals. Can I add dinner or breakfast?

We accept additional meals at the hotel site.

Do I need to make a reservation for a shuttle bus from Nagano Station? Do you have a timetable?
Free shuttle bus is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tell us about all-inclusive
Accommodation rates include dinner, breakfast, basic drinks in the lounge, snacks, large public baths and some activities (Local Discovery).
※Meal conditions vary depending on your accommodation plan (with evening breakfast, with breakfast, without meals).
How many dogs can I stay in the dog friendly room?

You can stay up to 3 people. The plan fee includes the usage fee for one animal.
After the second and subsequent animals, ¥3,000 (including consumption tax) will be charged separately.

Is there a room where I can smoke?

No, no. Non-smoking rooms are available only. Please use the smoking area on the first floor.

About Restaurants and Cuisine

Tell me about the opening hours of the restaurant.

Location: 1st floor restaurant "Locavore"
Breakfast buffet from 7:00 to 9:30 (last entry 9:00)
Dinner Buffet 17:30-21:00 (last entry 20:30)
※It is subject to change due to circumstances.
※Our hotel has introduced VACAN, which distributes congestion and waiting times. We will inform you of the order by e-mail when it is crowded.

If you are allergic, how can you contact and respond?
Please enter/let us know if you have allergies and details at the time of booking.
If you can ask the staff on the day, we will respond to the extent possible.

Can I reserve a seat?

We don't accept it.

Can I reserve breakfast and dinner time?

We do not accept it, but if the number of guests is large, we will cooperate with the time limit with a numbered ticket.

Can I use the restaurant with my dog?

Please refrain. Dogs cannot use public spaces such as restaurants and public baths.

Can I bring food and drink?

Please refrain. Food and beverages are not allowed to be brought to the restaurant.

Can I use the restaurant in yukata and slippers?

It can be used by wearing yukata and slippers provided by the hotel.

Can I eat food in my room?

We don't accept it.

About Rooms

Tell me about your futon bedding.

Japanese-style rooms and Japanese-Western rooms are laid on futons in advance.

Do you have room clothes?
Free size yukata is available in the guest room.
Please bring your child's work clothes from the amenity corner.
Yukata of SS size and LL size will be replaced at the front desk.
Tell me about air conditioning in the room.

We use centrally controlled air conditioning throughout the building. Only the air volume can be adjusted in the guest room.

Baby guards are not available for rent. Baby cots are available for rent, so please ask when you use them.

Is it possible to attach a bed and a bed or put it on a wall?
It is not possible to prepare the beds together.
It is possible to prepare a bed with a wall.
Please tell me about cleaning when you stay for a long time
We do not basically clean up for consecutive nights.
If you wish to clean, please put a cleaning card on the door knob by 10:00.
For environmental consideration, we will clean between 10:00 and 14:00 without changing sheets and towels.
If you would like to change sheets and towels, please place the "Eco Card" at the room desk on your bed.

Opening hours: 6:00 to 10:00 (last entry 9:30) / 15:00 to 23:00 (last entry 22:30)

Do you have towels in the public bath?

No, no. Please bring it from the guest room.

Do you have a shampoo for children?

It is available in the public bath.

Can I use it even if I have a tattoo?
Please take a bath after using a tattoo cover seal.
Tattoo cover seals are sold at the front desk for 200 yen per sheet.
Can the locker in the dressing room be locked?

There is a locker with a lock in the dressing room.

Do you have a private bath?

No, no.

Is there a replacement for men and women in the public bath?

No, no.

Can I take a day trip bath?

I don't accept it now.
