Since October 31, we have been causing inconvenience due to a sudden failure of the hot spring pump.
Today (November 7), the replacement of the hot spring pump has been completed, and we are currently operating a large public bath in hot water containing hot spring ingredients.

However, after replacing the pump, circulation and penetration are required for more than 12 hours.
For guests staying on November 7 (Fri), we will continue to refund the bath tax.

We will refund the bath tax in cash at check-in.

◆Customers who plan to pay locally◆
We will inform you at the amount after deducting the bath tax at the time of payment.

In addition, the above multiplication correspondence does not apply to group reservation.
If you are staying on a group trip, please check with the travel agency you applied for.

From November 8th (Sat), we will be operating a large public bath containing the hot spring ingredients as usual and the bathing tax will be settled.
