"San Fuji" is an apple made with bagless cultivation that grows without bagging. The name "Sun" refers to the sun.
"San Fuji", which is cultivated in plenty of sunlight, has good nectar and high sugar content, so you can enjoy a rich sweetness.

At the dinner buffet from January 10 to February 28, you can enjoy San Fuji apples from Nagano Prefecture!
In addition, we will prepare special sweets using apples.

Yuhime no Yu, an open-air hot spring rock bath overlooking the mountains of the Northern Alps.
It is said that during the Warring States period healed the fatigue of soldiers as a hidden hot spring of Shingen Takeda.
Hot water contains components such as calcium, iron, sodium, etc., and is characterized by warming to the core and being hard to cool.
