■Local menu "Shinshu soba"
Shinshu Soba is the generic name for buckwheat noodles produced in the Nagano area. Soba has been extensively cultivated in Shinshu since ancient times, and the harvest of high-quality buckwheat noodles is said to have led to the spread of distinctive buckwheat noodles in the Shinshu region.

Yuhime no Yu, an open-air hot spring rock bath overlooking the mountains of the Northern Alps

Hot water contains components such as calcium, iron, and sodium, and is characterized by warming up to the core and making it difficult to cool down.

■Local Discovery [Making Kanei era Treasure Bracelets with Rokubunsen motif]
Nobuyuki Sanada moved from Ueda as the first lord of Matsuyo Domain. Since then, Matsuyo, which prospered as the base of the Sanada family, still has the Sanada family's crest "Rokubunsen" everywhere in the town.

We have prepared a bracelet for Kanei era treasure with the motif of such six sentence coins as an activity.
You can make your own original bracelet while thinking about history.
