"Shabu-shabu of yellowtail"
Seasonal yellowtail with excellent fat paste is quickly made into shabu-shabu with hot soup stock. When it is contained in the mouth, the rich fat spreads out so that you can melt, and you can enjoy a special taste with the elegant texture unique to yellowtail.
