The 31st Kawanakajima Old Battlefield Festival Large Fireworks Festival

A fireworks display of the Kawanakajima Old Battlefield Festival, which is held to revitalize the Kohoku area and commemorate the thousands of spirits killed in the Battle of Kawanakajima more than 450 years ago. Approximately 3,000 shots, including music star mine and oversized star mine, will gorgeously color the autumn night sky in Shinshu.

Kawanakajima Old Battlefield Historic Park

"The Battle of Kawanakajima" between Shingen Takeda and Kenshin Uesugi, which took place five times.
