Nagano Tomei Festival
The Nagano Tomei Festival is a winter festival held in 2004 to inherit the Olympic legacy and send the wish for peace to the world again.
At this year's 22nd Nagano Tomei Festival, a variety of light productions are performed with prayers for peace, and a fantastic night scenery spreads.

The light path of about 800 cut-out lanterns "Yume Lantern Picture Exhibition" is a scene that symbolizes the Nagano Tomei Festival, which engraves the thoughts of each author in a cut-out picture and lit with a wish for the future.
